Summary

O projeto de investimento da VAPESOL visa a transformação digital e produtiva da empresa através da integração de tecnologias de Inteligência Artificial (IA) nos processos de gestão comercial, planeamento industrial, design de produto, análise de dados e gestão administrativa. A iniciativa contempla a implementação de um CRM inteligente (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales) e de vários módulos da Softgi-AI Suite: Análise de Dados NL?SQL, Assistente RAG, Planificação de Produção com IA, Simulação Visual de Produto e Gestão Documental com OCR/IDP.O objetivo é automatizar e otimizar processos, reforçar a capacidade analítica e preditiva da gestão e aumentar a eficiência global da operação, tornando a VAPESOL uma empresa mais digital, sustentável e orientada por dados, preparada para responder com rapidez e inovação aos desafios do mercado internacional do calçado.
