Summary

O SmartRoll é um projeto disruptivo da VLB Group que revoluciona o setor da perfilagem metálica, ao integrar modelação digital, controlo em tempo real e inteligência artificial (IA) num sistema produtivo totalmente inteligente.O projeto visa otimizar a conformação metálica através da ligação entre o software Copra, a máquina de perfilagem e os sistemas de monitorização e análise de dados da VLB, alcançando elevada precisão, redução de desperdícios e previsibilidade do comportamento do material.Com uma arquitetura em quatro módulos — Design e Simulação, Controlo e Execução, Monitorização e Análise e IA — o SmartRoll permite ajustar parâmetros em tempo real e antecipar desvios produtivos.Os resultados indicam +15 % de eficiência energética, redução de 25 % em não conformidades e precisão de ±0,05 mm, reforçando a liderança da VLB na inovação industrial e digitalização inteligente.
