Combinando automação física de ponta com inteligência artificial avançada, o projeto criará um "motor" logístico inteligente que orquestrará eficientemente todos os processos, da receção à expedição. Adicionalmente, será desenvolvida uma camada de IA que liga a experiência do cliente à operação logística. Com duração de 24 meses, o WORTEN NEXT promete um impacto transformador na experiência do cliente, eficiência logística e capacidade de inovação da empresa, posicionando a Worten como líder no retalho omnicanal e na logística avançada.
