The Mais Transparência portal is managed by the Agency for the Technological Reform of the State, I.P., here in after abbreviated as "ARTE".

The Court of the territorial area of Lisbon, to the exclusion of any other, is competent to settle any conflicts that result from the interpretation and application of these Terms and Conditions for the use of this site.
