This Program aims: (i) to create inside enterprises skills and competences for improving knowledge in the field of surface engineering; (ii) to solve specific problems in normal running of production processes; (iii) to launch the basis for developing surface engineering related lines in enterprises; (iv) to push young well-educated researchers to entrepreneurship; (v) to promote in industrial tissue a culture for integration of PhD degree jobs.
