Summary

A entidade adquiriu em julho de 2020 o Edificio Casa Nossa Senhora do Rosário por 900 mil € (autofinanciamento) para aí instalar uma unidade de Cuidados Cuidados Continuados Integrados.O PROJETO destina-se a implementar no concelho da Figueira- Foz 1 Unidade de Unidade de Dia e Promoção de Autonomia que se vai integrar diretamente com a Unidade de Longa Duração e Manutenção objeto também de candidatura em sede de PRR. Para o efeito, o projeto contempla para a Unidade de Dia e Promoção de Autonomia seguintes as ações:1 - Efetivação projeto de arquitetura e suas etapas até à atual, ou seja, já tem licença de construção emitida pela CM Fig-Foz. já tem aprovação do Delegado de Saúde, ARSC e CDSS. Correspondendo o custo do projeto arquitetura a: 18.000.00€.2 – O projeto encontra-se pronto para a sua ultima fase - concursos públicos de fiscalização e segurança (18.000,00 euros), e empreitada de obras de remodelação e ampliação.3 - Obras de Remodelação /ampliação num total de 630.000,00 €. Nesta obra serão tidas em conta atividades de melhoria da situação energética, cumprimento pelas politicas ambientais p/ promover transição climática, serviços de saúde devidamente integrados no Roteiro Neutralidade Carbónica 2050 sistema de saúde português, cumprimento do principio Não prejudicar Significativamente, cumprimento da legislação em vigor de instalações e funcionamento p/ as tipologias de CCI, Portaria 134-A/2022 e aviso de abertura.4 - Aquisição equipamento informático e de comunicação hardware e software adequados à disposição dos profissionais de saúde, que permita materializar e reforçar a uniformização dos sistemas de informação (SI) no SNS e na RNCCI, atualizar e promover os princípios de segurança digital, ou seja, pretende-se que este sistema responda aos atuais desafios que têm vindo a dificultar a transição digital do sistema de saúde e possibilite prestar cuidados c/ maior eficácia, sustentabilidade, segurança e otimização de recursos, c/ maior integração e reconciliação semântica. Num total de financiamento elegível 22.136,00€. 5- Equipamento e instrumentos médico: Material clinico, equip. de emergência, medicina física e reabilitação, terap. ocupacional, farmácia, AVD, num total de 39.814,00€.6 -Equipamento gerais incluindo o mobiliário geral num total de 27.575,00€.7- Outras despesas e serviços diversos num total de 2.383.00€.

Beneficiaries

Within the scope of the Recovery and Resilience Plan, two types of beneficiaries are responsible for carrying out the projects and using the funding provided. Due to their similar role, the reference to these two types of beneficiaries has been simplified and unified under the term "Beneficiary".
The two types are::

Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.

Call for applications

As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.

The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
